The Maternal League of Memphis is a benevolent and charitable organization established in 1935 to assist in meeting the needs of mothers and their newborn infants; to the end that all mothers may live and have no physical handicaps resulting from childbirth, and that all children may come into the world with sound minds and bodies.

We keep track of time and seasons of the year by using calendars that provide us opportunities to observe, & celebrate certain events.

Today Maternal League members volunteer their time and resources working with Shelby County mothers and babies in need
